The person in this position oversees administrative functions, office organization, and front office management in a friendly and professional manner.
Overview of Job Duties
- Oversee administrative functions and general office organization
- Serve as first point of contact in front office
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- File and maintain and organized records
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Meet with and tour prospective tenants
- Follow up with prospective tenants
- Maintain and order office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and organize office meetings and functions
- Attend and participate in staff meetings as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to members of the Management Team
- Provide assistance to Accounting Department
- Perform other related duties as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent with two+ years related work experience.
Two+ years of Leasing experience
Extensive experience and comfort level with Microsoft Office products
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and other basic office equipment
US Citizenship or authorization to work in the United States
Drug and background check required

Compensation
